Dr. Winie is the presiding Archbishop of Voice of Salvation and Healing Church International (VOSH church intl.). VOSH Church Int. was founded by her husband, Archbishop Dr Silas Owiti in the early 1950s. She is the overseer of over 1000 churches in East and Central Africa.
